The first prime-time hearing into the Jan. 6 attack confronted the fundamental question that has haunted Donald J. Trump since he left office: Should he be prosecuted in a criminal court?

“A crime requires two things — a bad act and criminal intent,” Mr. Katyal said. By citing testimony by Mr. Trump’s own attorney general, a lawyer for his campaign and others who told him that he had lost and then documenting his failure to act once supporters stormed the Capitol, Mr. Katyal said, the panel addressed both of those requirements.

A House select committee is holding public, televised hearings detailing its investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The first hearing took place Thursday and lasted 90 minutes. The second proceeding will be held Monday, June 13th, at 10 a.m. ET.

There may be as many as eight days of hearings before month’s end, some of which have been announced (see list below), and more in September.
 
Indictments after the nation has heard the bulk of the evidence


No lies about it all being partisan indictments will be able to convince many people then



And the big boy gets indicted after the September fact drop



A deserving Republican Party will then turn into a puddle of diarrhea



And elections will clear most out

Agreed. IMHO, it's a tossup whether one of those people is Pedo Don himself, but everyone under him is going to B-U-R-N for it.
