Yep. I rely more on RAW STORY now! Now that I know how MUCH it pisses off the RIGHT.

They simply aggregate the stories out there from a "progressive point of view". They spin it a bit but never change content and put the LINKS in to the original source.

They do 'juice' the titles from the originals (though not all) and those are just FUN to read.

I'm more VISCERALLY fearful for my country NOW than any time before. 9/11? Maybe for 24 hours. Cuban missle crisis? For a couple of weeks. (My father was a sailor and he had his seabag packed at the ready next to the door the whole period. He was attached to an aircraft carrier that was the CLOSET point to Cuba).
