I don't think Rudy's senile - Rudy hates Biden and thought becoming the election fraud propagandist would both ingratiate him with trump and get revenge against Biden. He's become just another national disgrace of the trump era.

Hunter was investigated by Repub for 4 years. The investigator offered a deal to Hunter. Hunter paid back his back taxes. He accepted what was offered. He did no real jailable offenses. What he did is rarely given jail time, for wealthy people almost never.

In 2001, he was lucid, rational and coherent. America loved him. He was America's favorite mayor.
