Republicans--over 70% now--think elections are no longer fair and honest. Independents have risen to just shy of 50% with the same opinion. Even a third of Democrats say that. That should bother you greatly. If the public loses faith in elections, it's going to get worse not better.

As you move Left on the political spectrum, the faith in our current elections increases. If you look at the middle, about 50 to 60% of voters no longer believe the election process is fair or accurate. That's a problem any way you spin it.
