No, they're a show trial. That is, they are presenting only what they want and nothing else. That isn't a hearing, it's a one-sided show trial. It's how conspiracy theorists operate. If they won't present all of the evidence they have, and they won't open that evidence to scrutiny by those that disagree with them, then they are no better than the conspiracy theorists they claim are their opposition.
