Just to be fair here, she has put herself in the public spotlight. At a concert, smoking and passing a joint, rolling around in the dirt, twerking and hiking up her shorts to reveal her red underpants was her choice, nobody else's.
Kids of Trump, Obama, Clinton, Ford, Reagan, Kennedy all had moments of "putting themselves in the public spotlight." It gets reported, then it passes.

I respectfully disagree. Going to a concert isn't putting oneself in the public spotlight. Now, if she was busted for DUI, possession or something similar, that would be newsworthy, although even then, it probably wouldn't make it any further than the police blotter section in the back pages of a local newspaper, at least until some gossip magazine reporter found it.
Hell, her father admitted using both weed and coke (see link below) and was twice elected as president of the United States. His daughter attending a concert is a non-issue, certainly not newsworthy.

Agree completely. She's a 19 year old who went to a concert and had fun just like a number of other 19 year olds did. If that is of concern to any adults they need to get a life.
