The Trump campaign apologized for the remarks, but come on, someone vetted this guy and put his jokes on a teleprompter.

They knew what he was going to say.
There’s no excuse. The apology was empty.

I care much less about a no-name comedian making a joke than I do about the sitting "President" (Chief Puppet) openly calling the majority of this nation's citizens 'garbage'.
