The First Amendment is about duly elected representatives speaking freely in Congress, it is not about verbal diarrhea on the Internet.

To me it seems that he is saying that a business should be able to discriminate without government's involvement.

Nope. It was one or the other. I didn't switch positions. My position was, and still is, when government gets into the censorship business, (and we know the progressives will) we're screwed. This internet shit is an example of what's it's leading to.
