8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens

ALERT: Court Order on Circumvention of Lawful Pathways Final Rule

On Aug. 3, 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued a stay of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California’s order in East Bay Sanctuary Covenant v. Biden, 18-cv-06810 (N.D. Cal.), vacating the Circumvention of Lawful Pathways (CLP) rule. At this time and while the stay remains in place, USCIS will continue to apply the CLP rule.

Under the rule, certain individuals who enter the United States through its southwest land border or adjacent coastal borders are presumed to be ineligible for asylum, unless they can demonstrate an exception to the rule or rebut the presumption. Individuals are encouraged to use lawful, safe, and orderly pathways to come to the United States.

Read the whole thing, not just the part that tells you what you want to believe:

You may apply for asylum if you are at a port of entry or in the United States. You may apply for asylum regardless of your immigration status and within 1 year of your arrival to the United States.

Key words you brainless dumbass: if you are at a port of entry or in the United States.

I am not sure what part of this you continue to be too stupid to comprehend. :palm:

I didn't ignore them. You're pretending they are the substance of the amendment and ignoring the primary intent "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

But we know why. You're a dishonest, low IQ, mentally deranged, sociopathic lying leftist dumb fuck. In other words, the perfect Kamala voter. ;)
^ Continues to ignore them.

I read Title 8. I've also read other immigration policy that specifically says you can apply for asylum up to a year, regardless of immigration status.
You obviously have NOT read Title 8, since it specifies that illegal aliens are NOT eligible for asylum. They aren't applying for it anyway.
I've read the 2nd Amendment. I've also read the related laws that says the US can deny violent felons the right to own a gun.
There is no such related law. The right of self defense is absolute and inherent.
Again, I want to understand all policy, not just the policy that tells me what I want to believe.
You just want to deny the Constitution of the United States and Title 8.

DON'T TRY TO HIDE BEHIND THE CONSTITUTION YOU DESPISE!!

Illegal aliens did not enter at a port of entry, are not applying for asylum, and are not eligible for it anyway.

I suspect there's a reason is says "CERTAIN" individuals and not "ALL" individuals... because there have been exceptions made...which you'd know if you read all of the relevant documentation, not just the ones you cherry picked.
