And probably historic. The media will have their work cut out for them trying to keep Trump’s numbers down during a booming economy.

Excuse me but Trump walked into a booming economy .. and it's still booming as we speak.

How does someone who 'claims' credit for this booming economy have such historically low poll numbers?

You think they poll the media to get their numbers, not the American people?

Again, with conflating poll numbers with the economy.

They are two distinctly different things. That Trump’s poll numbers are low doesn’t mean he’s not responsible for the current economic numbers.

The interesting thing is the discrepancy and what it means. One thing you can be fairly certain of is it won’t persist. It’s an unstable configuration, politically lol. Something will have to give over time.

I think we’re on the cusp of a boom, actually.

All the indicators are pointed in the right direction and the tax bill hasn’t kick-in yet. Meanwhile, Democrats have all their political eggs in The Resistance basket. Which is fine, if the economy sucks a year from now.

If the economy is booming, democrats will have to explain why they were against it.

How many people in America own stock? Have 401K’s? You will have to see wages increase for the American public to be impacted. I think if wages were going to rise AT&T and Wells Fargo would have announced that instead of just one time bonuses, but they didn’t, there’s still time, they better move fast.

Several large [evil lol] corporations have raised their minimum wages, just recently.

But I agree that’s better than a one time bonus.
