Here, for example was the previous barrier along the US - Mexico border near Lukeville Arizona and the Organ Pipe National Monument:

In the background you can see a road on the Mexico side of the border. That is Mexico's national highway 2. The barrier you see only prevented vehicles from crossing into the US in that region.

This is what replaced it.

Obviously, that is a far more substantial barrier than the previous one, and this one could be characterized as a wall, while the previous could not be.

What a joke.

Walls are climbed. They are tunneled under. Most immigrants and drugs come in through the ports of entry. Immigrants fly into America and overstay Visas. Immigrants come in by boat. people who say Trump ended illegal immigration are delusional. Covid certainly did make America a less attractive destination. Trump did mishandle that badly. So you can see that as a positive if you are a Trumpy.
