They could have released everything when Democrats had the White House under Biden, and the Congress.

Again, why would they, and it had nothing to do with Trump winning the election, rather Trump’s refusal to keep his promise that he would release the files and consequently when his base got all pissed off that drew their attention. Given he had the power to do it in a minute as he promised and refused raised questions surfaced on both right and left
