It is often difficult to decipher what they are trying to write. There is an old story about the teacher who gave an assignment to write what they will do over Easter Break. One student asks the teacher, "how do you spell gun?" The teacher usually spelled words on the board, but with such a word, she quietly spelled it for him. A minute later he asked, "how do you spell die?" Again, the teacher quietly spelled it for him, but she was getting worried. When everyone turned in their papers, she quickly grabbed the students paper, and read, "I'm gun die Easter Eggs."
