Stop already. As we type, the defense is trying to have a mistrial declared because they don't like the drone footage that clearly shows Rittenhouse aiming his gun at someone just before he was chased by the first person he murdered.

Probably best if you show a modicum of interest in the trial if you wish to discuss it.

That image is of the dead arm after he was shot. He had no control over the arm as it swung forward.

No, it was quite literally the moment the shot was fired. No matter how much you pretend it didn't happen, that witness directly testified he had pointed the gun at him and was advancing on him before Rittenhouse fired the gun.

Your ignorance notwithstanding, the prosecution even did a facepalm in front of everyone when he said it knowing that it hurt their case. I literally listened to about 98% of the trial (there were one or two moments where I had to be in the head or do work that required me to pay attention to something else, but they were rare).

I know what I am talking about. There were myriad stories about it, even on MSNBC or whatever leftist nonsense you call news these days.

There's a CNN video where Grosskuertz clarifies his testimony. The defense attorney was pretty slick in his questioning, but everyone here chooses to redact the exact words that they don't like. Especially yourself in your post above.

Grosskuertz says 'correct' in response to the attorney saying 'your hands are down and you are moving toward him'.

Any picture of a pointed gun is from after his arm was obliterated. It would be impossible for him to have sustained that injury if his hand was pointing toward the murderer.

While under oath he told the truth. "Clarifying his testimony" to a reporter when he's trying to get sympathy from leftist idiots notwithstanding, the image and the witness told the truth. That idiot pointed a gun at him and advanced on him before Kyle responded. It is what the jury heard, and what they will remember hearing.
