It just gets better by the minute - "White House wants credit for Papadopoulos arrest

"Sarah Huckabee Sanders claimed that Mueller’s probe brought down Papadopoulos only because of White House cooperation"

"Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders went further Tuesday afternoon, claiming the White House and the campaign deserved credit for helping Mueller’s team build its case that Papadopoulos had lied to the FBI about his contacts."

“Papadopoulos is an example of actually somebody doing the wrong thing while the president's campaign did the right thing,” Sanders said. “All of his emails were voluntarily provided to the special counsel by the campaign, and that is what led to the process and the place that we’re in right now is the campaign fully cooperating and helping with that"

"Papadopoulos was initially interviewed as part of the FBI’s probe into Russian election meddling on Jan. 27. He was arrested in July. The Washington Post reported that Trump’s campaign handed over emails implicating Papadopoulos to the special counsel in August — after he had already been arrested."

Must be the "alternative facts" once again, but you can bet this one will be regurgitated in the right wing media, it's no wonder conservatives have such an illusionary view of the world and events

And as usual, trump loved him before he hated him.

"When Donald Trump visited The Washington Post in March 2016 to be interviewed by the newspaper's editorial board, publisher Fred Ryan opened the session by asking whether the candidate could reveal any members of his foreign policy team, which he had not yet unveiled. George Papadopoulos was the third person Trump highlighted.

"He's an energy and oil consultant, excellent guy," Trump said of Papadopoulos.

In other words: Either the Trump White House was exaggerating Papadopoulos' importance back in 2016, when they needed to shore up their campaign's foreign policy credentials, or they're lying about his role now in order to downplay the accusation that he tried to collude with the Russian government."

Only hating on them when their behaviour is the antithesis of Christianity.

To modern U.S. Christians, pointing this out is called "persecution." It is exactly the same as being dragged out of one's home, tossed into a dungeon, and then forced naked into the Coliseum to be devoured by wild animals for the entertainment of the crowd.

RB60 has grave issues with anyone who dares to point out when he or other Christians are not following their Lord's teachings. He also thinks that criticizing veterans is traitor talk.

Why does Donald j. Drumpf attract and hire criminals, incompetents, and the ethically challenged? He hasn't even been in office 12 months, and I do not recall Obama, Dumbya, or Clinton having this many ethically challenged people around them.
