Some cities are beginning to require that masks be worn by everybody in stores.

If every person in this country wore a mask for a month - just out in crowded places or stores - we could probably beat COVID and eliminate the threat of a 2nd wave. We have seen this in other countries. Why wouldn't we want to emulate that?

I wonder if we could 100% know that, if you would still not wear one, because it has become a "lefty" thing.

First of all you can't prove what you said in the bolded. It sounds good in theory.

But, you know I am a benevolent being. I will make a trade off with you. In exchange for me donning a mask your side agrees to ban abortions except in the instance of rape AND we put a 100% stop to ALL immigration.

Those are my conditions.

San Francisco was one of the first cities to require masks, and they have had only 48 deaths so far. Countries like South Korea and Taiwan who required masks have also done very well.

This is really one of the most depressing things about this pandemic.

It's not enough that we have a highly contagious virus, a total change to our lifestyles and an economic crash. We have a President who is actively working against any kind of solution - and make not mistake: that is exactly what he is doing.

It's as though our house was burning, and the lead fireman is telling us that we don't need water or containment measures, or to move anyone to safety - it will just burn itself out.
