Man, you cant say Rump is a good judge of character when he chose Flynn to be National Security Adviser.

Nbcnews is reporting that the DOD has opened its own investigation into Flynn.

So far we know there are two FBI criminal investigations into the Rump administration.... Both involving Russia.

Rump himself is under criminal investigation and his choice for NSA M. Flynn. We know more about Flynn than Rump, but it looks like Flynn is guilty of a felony based on his illegal relationship with Russia.

I find it amazing Flynn would take money from RT, and not disclose it. I'm not saying he didn't -
but that it would be amazingly arrogant not to do so

Flynn's lawyer, Robert Kelner, had previously said that Flynn briefed the DIA on his speech to RT and the payments, but Cummings said Thursday that another document that was declassified this week shows no evidence to support that statement. CNN has reached out to Flynn's attorney Thursday and have yet to receive a response.

Republican Senators are saying he did!

Once its proven that he did, what should happen?

Its clear that Flynn

1) Was warned not to take payments from foreign governments as doing so would be illegal.
2) Upon retirement from the Military the DOD specifically warned Flynn not to do it.
3) Took payments from Russia.
4) Lied to Congress about it.

What we need to know next is if Flynn lied to the White House about it, or if they were in on it.

It appears Flynn was on Russia's payroll while acting as an official adviser to Rump's campaign and while acting as Rumps National Security Adviser.

This while Flynn was making calls to the Russian Ambassador during the transition about National Security and reportedly lied to the VP and Congress about it.

Do you think this it, finally lol?

I think he took payment as a corporate entity, instead of an individual-if I recall.
Whatever the penalties are he has to face them

Do you know how easy it is to create a corporate entity and for money to pass through it?

What do you think the penalty should be, the law carries up to a 5 year prison sentence.

Trump's indicators are tits up, he isn't instrument rated and the US careening in a fog bank towards a mountain. Thanks Republicans.:palm:

Trump and company ALL Rosenberged the US. The penalty is the grim specter of DEATH paying a house call, after some perfunctory due process and a kangaroo court rubber stamps my findings.

Assuming Flynn is guilty, he should pay the penalty. It would actually be kind of refreshing to see someone face a penalty, but that's another can of worms.

What do you want to happen lol?

If what I assume is true, I would like to see him given immunity for telling the truth about Rump.

If I am wrong, I would like to see him convicted of a felony, placed on probation until he pays back the money and be permanently barred from working in government or for foreign governments.

So liberal ...soft on CRIME

I'm not even sure it wasn't disclosed. His lawyer says it was.

Senator Jason Chaffetz (R) says it was not. (Oh, his lawyer is says he disclosed it, well that makes it a lock)
The dude is seeking immunity!

Are you really going to defend him?
You are sure all the crap your guys made up about HRC was true, no evidence, but you are going to defend Flynn!
