The DNC has no intention of having Biden as President; Biden's resignation speech is already written. Whoever the DNC wants to be President is who they will select as Biden's VP ... and they will notify him when they feel like it ... and when Biden isn't "occupied."

Biden is a touchy-feely decent dude.

Is he mentally too incapacitated to be president now? Yes. But he's not a pedo or pervert or anything.

Yeah I don't get it either. The same people go apeshit when Trump gets accused of the same thing. It's mystifying.
