Watching the MAGA crowds, the utter devotion to Trump NO MATTER WHAT HE DOES (which he himself has noted), the way Fox & GOP politicians go along w/ things just because they're completely scared of him & his supporters - it's kind of easy to see how Nazi Germany happened.

We're really a species of mainly followers, and we're generally pretty gullible. It's sad, and hopefully we evolve to be better than we have been. But we seem programmed to keep repeating a lot of the same kinds of mistakes.
