Since you claim to be a Christian, can you tell us of any instances when Jesus ordered his followers to attack and murder and destroy like Muhammed did? Thanks.

Most Christians also adhere to the OT. I've had Christians lecture to me that Christ was not the pacifist that he's made out to be - that he appears in revelations w/ a bloody robe & sword & all that.

To me, organized religion generally represents a fraction of what the originators of the religion intended. Any religion tends to be misrepresented and misused by its extremist elements to pursue agendas that have nothing to do with religion at all.

Jesus, is the Son of God. Muhammad was a prophet. Muhammad is not Allah. And many wars have been fought using religion (including Christianity) as justification, too numerous to name.
Christ didn't order those, but they were fought, weren't they? Many hateful and evil things have been done under the auspices of "the will of God", or for "God and country". Doesn't make it right or valid. What do you claim to be, Bitch? Guess I couldn't...and it's not a debate. Not yet. It remains to be seen that you're able.

Very good. That's the point. The audience at the debate was criticized by the left for applauding the executions of murderers. Do you find this audience somehow different or did you agree with the audience at the debate?

I'm pleased he is chiming in.....he has expressed more common sense and balance than you have. There is a reason Europeans tend to view Americans as uncouth and classless....it's because for the most part, they are. The only saving graces are, fortunately, liberals, who, generally are educated and well-read, if not 'well-traveled".

I find it appalling that anyone would applaud executions. You could think it, but hardly express it...but that's the thing....Republicans don't care about appearances....they will say or do anything, regardless of how it's perceived. Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin, are prime examples of that. Insert foot in mouth, worry about the ramifications later.
I have mixed feelings about the death penalty, seeing that so many incidences of DNA testing have exonorated minority men.....underscoring the inequity of the justice system, which favors whites.

No, most Christians do not adhere to the OT. The OT laws are dead. Yes, Jesus will come back as the judge of the earth, but Christianity was not founded on violence. The doctrines of Christianity are non-violent. The doctrines of Islam contain violence. Whenever you're ready to discuss the DOCTRINES of Christianity and Islam just let me know.
