Absolutely no part of it is true. America is nowhere near the third highest murder rate of all countries. It is 55th. Getting rid of the murders in 5 cities would not improve us to 189th place, or even close.
Biggest factor is that those 5 cities are mostly black. We don't have a gun problem, we have a black male problem.
The fact remains that we could get rid of all the Blacks in America, and we would still have the worst murder rate in the First World.

American born people have a much higher murder rate than immigrants. You have heard wrong about jails, many countries have much larger jailed populations than ever before.
