Is that wishful thinking. I think they may not be as strong in 12 as 10, but democrats will discount them at there own peril.

i don't know about wisconsin specifically, but if the GOP fails in just half of what the tea partiers want done, you'll see a whole new GOP in 12.

"JoAnne Kloppenburg, boasts a whopping 204 vote lead"

Nothing like the MSM to make a mountain out of a molehill.

The word recount comes to mind, I wonder how many phony votes the union thugs added.

Nearly 1.5 million people turned out to vote, representing 33.5 percent of voting-age adults -- 68 percent higher than the 20 percent turnout officials had expected. JoAnne Kloppenburg has already declared victory, with the vote tallies showing her beating incumbent David Prosser by just a couple hundred votes. The race is expected to head to a recount.

Significantly, 19 counties that went for Walker in the 2010 elections this time flipped and went for Kloppenburg

A single office, in a single election, in one state does not spell the end for the Tea Party.

This is more about backlash for the public unions fiasco than it is anything about the tea party.

The federal gov't gave the state of maine money for their unemployment insurance. Maine then spent the money on a painting, which was then taken down? And now people (and the gov't) are demanding that either the picture is put back up or the money is returned.

Yeah, that sounds like justification for saying the tea party is dying.
