Is The Death Penalty Moral?

Life in prison without parole is a death sentence...it just cost more! and would this not be more inhumane?

A valid point and too me, it is far more inhumane to be locked up for life without parole than to be put to sleep.

a cell is a cell...food is food,entertainment is entertainment.,.,.does not matter if it is isolated or in general population...same amount of guards needed...as for appeals yes one is guaranteed under Death penalty...but all have free counsel...life,death or avg sentence...

That's not how it works in practice. Every study has consistently shown that Death Row housing costs more than medium and high security prison housing. And on top of that, the appeals process costs a veritable fortune, which is serious.
