Is the death penalty appropriate for church shooter?

Owing to their religious beliefs, some of the victims’ families do not believe in the death penalty, while others felt it was appropriate, the state prosecutor trying the case said last September.

Seems if justice is to be served, he should not get the death penalty. Life in prison without the chance of parole seems just as some victims do not want the death penalty.

Problems I see are, the cost of keeping this dirt bag alive and he readily admits his guilt. Such a heinous crime, where guilt is clear, seems fitting for the death penalty.

And another post proving how stupid ModTrollLegion is.

He hasn't been convicted, and if anything happens to him, he'll become a martyr to right-wing racists.

Remember David Koresh, Tim McVeigh, and Sammy & Vicki Weaver?

Those people are not heroes to the right. And even if they were, the crimes are nothing alike. People who think LegionMod is intelligent should not be allowed to vote or serve on a jury.

Troll Legion is a mod? Nah. I used to be a mod. Troll is no mod. Or maybe I am crazy. Crazy about loving you. Could you turn up the Patsy Cline audio? Crazy, I'm crazy for feeling so lonely, I'm crazy for feeling so blue, I knew you'd love me as long as you want me, and then someday you'ld leave me for somebody new. I'm crazy for trying, and crazy for crying, and crazy for loving you.
