Poor dumb Guano; doesn't know that Texas used to be solidly blue.
Bat Guano apparently doesn't realize that TX was quite supportive of Democrats from the 1870s through the 1970s... They've only recently leaned red in their politics, and outside of their population centers, they are quite red in their politics.
My State of WI was actually a red State more often than not during that time period, less the Great Depression era, and has only recently leaned slightly blue in their politics. Right now, WI could easily go either way in any given election, and outside of the population centers of the cities of Milwaukee and Madison, WI is actually quite red in their politics.

Correct.
Beautiful red throughout most of the State, except the big blue blob surrounding Madison and the little blue area in the SE where Milwaukee city is. Then some blue stragglers here and there.
