I was going to turn to Desh for the answer of this question. She stated a couple of greedy CEO's caused Detroit to file bankruptcy. Now I'm admittedly acknowledging my lack of knowledge on Puerto Rican industry here but maybe she knows which CEO are causing this possible default?

An awesome place that people have never been to but stereotype with a unique culture? Yeah it's in the same league as Detroit. We have way better hockey though.
