Is Paul Whelan gay?

When the rightys have crabbed about Griner being black and gay, it gets added importance. How many times was her being gay mentioned? Now it is in poor taste to suggest he is gay. In fact, it should not have mattered about either of them. They were American citizens who were going to get badly treated. Russia is not accepting of blacks or lesbians, so Griner was in real trouble.

Griner is openly gay. There is no evidence that Whelan is gay. evince pulled it out of her ass and then spammed the forum with it.

Sigh. No. No one suggested that either. Shit, you are delusional.

Then wondering if someone is gay and being attacked by Russia for being gay isn’t anti gay huh

Think things though without personal hate every now and then

Virtually no female contacts in Russia

30 younger male contacts most with military experience

52 and never married

It’s not unusual or bad to be gay

Russia then arrests him as a spy

They seemed to think all his male Russian friends made him suspicious

Was he a spy?

He was a trump supporter

I guess they thought that meant he couldn’t be gay

Putin hates gay people though

I started a thread

Sexuality is all over this issue

Brittany is a gay trans woman

The right won’t shut up about that detail

I never said you are "anti gay". I said you are doing nothing but speculating. "What if golden retrievers live on another planet?" "Does dinosaur meat taste like chicken?" "I wonder if Lady Gaga likes broccoli." "Is Paul Whelan gay?" Your head is broken.

Newly freed Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout said he 'wholeheartedly' supports Russia's war in Ukraine and would 'certainly' volunteer: report

Newly freed Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout said he "wholeheartedly" supports Vladimir Putin's war in Ukraine, adding that he would "certainly go as a volunteer" if he had the chance, according to reports.

"If I could, I would share the skills I have and I would readily volunteer," Bout said on the Russian state television network RT, formerly known as Russia Today.

Bout's freedom was secured in a prisoner swap for Brittney Griner, a WNBA star who was arrested in February in Moscow on drug charges and later sentenced to nine years in a penal colony. US and Russian officials agreed to the one-for-one swap last week, Insider previously reported.

Bout was arrested by the US Drug Enforcement Agency in 2008 in a drug sting, extradited to the US, convicted of conspiring with a terrorist organization and plotting to kill American civilians and officials, and sentenced to 25 years in prison, according to a previous Insider report.

While he was in prison, he said he had a portrait of Russian President Putin displayed in his cell, according to CNN. ....

=====================================

So much for the stupid argument that Bout is no longer dangerous. I wonder how many Ukrainian lives will be lost because Britney Griner couldn't go without her THC high.

Probably zero. You just don't like it when Biden does something good.

I was reading up on his case

He kept going to Russia and meeting young men associated with Russian military

His Russian “friends” included like thirty men and most of them were of military extraction

He bragged to his family about knowing a guy who was GRU

Repeatedly

His family also were NEVER told that he had a dishonorable discharge for conning people out of thousands of dollars

Something about his stories are just kinda wobbly

Maybe he just liked a certain kind of guy for sex and could hide his penchant for young men by doing it in Russia

His penchant for military types got the Russians thinking he was a spy

Or is he a double spy and we actually Know that already
From the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals ruling, NMCCA 200800152 Special Court Martial dated August 28, 2008: Whelan was convicted of "attempted larceny, three specifications of dereliction of duty, making a false official statement, wrongfully using another's SSN, and ten specification of making and uttering checks without having sufficient funds in his account for payment, in violation of Articles 80, 92, 107, and 134 (among others I won't enumerate here.) He was sentenced to "60 days restriction, reduction to pay grade E-4 (from E-6,) and a bad conduct discharge." The opinion of the court was recorded on August 26, 2008.
