If SCOTUS strikes down Birthright Citizenship Marco is going to suddenly become a CUBAN again.
We don't get to make the rules. But we gotta live by 'em.

That's only if Birthright Citizenship exists. Since both his parents were Cuban at the time he would be Cuban.
If you don't like how it will affect Li'l Marco maybe you should reconsider your support of the movement.

That's the point of all this. The Right is trying to take "Birthright Citizenship" away. They will, of course, make special cases for folks like Li'l Marco who would have to be deported otherwise.

So he'll have no problem adjusting to life in a country he's never lived in. But hey, without BRC he's NOT AN AMERICAN. And that's all we need to know. For all I care they can send him to CECOT and figure out later on where he's from.
