I think in many company/corporate settings comments like that could get your fired, reprimanded etc....

Doing it on TV right after your top dog was fired for sexual harassment?? Hang him & then fire him.......???

Guilfoil set it up for that, at 31:40 'give my dressmaker a raise', as she gave a flourished gesture at her gorgeous figure. In return she got a measured response.
 
Yes, she didn't take it to the next level.. His response, IMHO, on tv after the firing of their top dog was in very poor taste, judgement & embarrassing for that network..
