I am curious what it feels like to know you are so outmatched by Democrat brain power that you come to the conclusion that no matter how many Republican POTUS and AG's you have, and how many GOP Judges you put in place, the Dem's are just so much smarter at rigging the process that you can get no convictions meanwhile the Dems can go in front of GOP appointed judges and get continual convictions.
That is some 5D chess the Dems are playing while the GOP is playing checkers in terms of flexing who controls the power even when the GOP holds all the levers of power.

I want you guys to think about this newest layer of stupidity from Trump that E Jean's lawyer is saying they are looking at him suing again over them.
He now has a judgment against him that he 'lied' and 'sexuality assaulted' E Jean.
He then goes on CNN and repeats the lies and says new and worse things. E Jean's lawyer can file a case asking for Summary Judgement, since the claims have already been settled in a judgment, and thus they do not need to have a jruy find on that same question, and instead the case would just go to another jury asking the question 'how much more money does this guy have to be fined to make him stop this defamation'.
They can ask for $50MM or $100MM saying that with the finding she felt the verdict gave her some ability to recover her name but with him then going on CNN and calling the verdict fake/wrong etc and the new defamations, he has harmed again. They can use the room full of Trump supports laughing at E Jean comments by Trump as evidence.
It is about as close to a slam dunk summary verdict decision by a judge and then massive punitive damages award by a jury as possible. All a gift by this guy...
