Trump built a lot of wall and there is a lot of paid for building material waiting for construction to restart. Given the fact that DeSantis is shipping illegals North to sanctuary cities. I believe he would restart the building process. More Republicans want the wall than don't. If he were elected but did not come through with the attempt to build it it would hurt an attempt for a second term.
