You’re arguing for an all or nothing attitude. At times it’s appropriate and others incrementalism or pragmatism is called for.

I had not heard any rumors of the conference move but it’s not shocking. It was inevitable with the consolidation going on in college football. I’m bummed to be leaving the PAC 12 but the previous conference President sucked and really put the conference behind all the others. To compete nationally USC was going to have to do something

Correct, and the majority of the right’s rhetoric on abortion as based upon moralism is all or nothing, would have to be, which raises the question of how they could be backing DeSantis without appearing contradictory

And, as I found out yesterday, it is a done deal, USC and UCLA are switching leagues, trading trips to Stanford for treks to New Jersey. So will USC still have any say over its football program?

I firmly believe there are reason's when an abortion is acceptable. Just because a woman doesn't want to have a child isn't one of them. Put the baby up for adoption. A few of good reasons for an abortion but by no means all of them would be rape, Incest, mothers health, ect.

And? How does that make him a baby murderer? His decision improves the chance of an unborn child in Florida to survive, doesn't it? If a woman miscarries at 15 weeks, does she lose a child ?

If someone votes solely on abortion and only for people who support no abortion ever then they might have an issue. But I don’t think most people fit that profile so it won’t be an issue.

We’re getting a bunch more money by joining the Big 10. The PAC 12 was falling too far behind. We’re going to be in a great position
 
One needs to take everything on Twitter with a large grain of salt but it’s interesting to see people calling DeSantis a pro-lifer and anti-choice. Yet here he is being called pro choice. Seems like it would be a challenge for a politician to be both.
