Is calling someone a Fudgepacker a homophobic slur

It's valid to have an argument about Homosexuality, without attacking the Homosexual. Genetics, ... a real mother fucker!

I'm not rude to anybody who isn't rude to me first. Well, the IRS is an exception to that. I'm an asshole whenever I have to deal with them and I will never change that. When they left me penniless after seizing my bank account, they made an enemy for life. The fucking check was in the fucking mail and I sent it out the minute the money was deposited. You can't help it when customers drag their feet paying you and the IRS had to change the rules some years later to stop that kind of bullshit. I had already set up a payment plan with them and though I was late by a week, I had done everything within my power to collect funds owed to me. I was trying to fund college for myself at the same time so it was a tough time to be broke.
