Black Americans have it much better than they did in 1860 and 1960, yet they still don't have the same opportunity as white Americans in 2016. They are still being killed by police in questionable circumstances disproportionally.

The issues still need work. Black Lives Matter, is working for more justice in that regard. I have a problem with the name in that it gives the Alt Right an argument that they are being reverse-racists. I don't have a problem with what I know about their work.

They still don't have the same opportunity as white Americans in 2016? Bullshit. Whites are killed more often by cops than blacks.

BLM isn't working for justice. Explain to me how the blacks in Charlotte, NC vandalizing and looting a Walmart had anything to do with the shooting that took place there. Explain how blocking free travel on I-85 has anything to do with the shooting. What blacks are doing is using the shooting as an excuse to rob and vandalize. If they had the guts, and they don't, they'd go to the police station and try that shit there.

Improvement is great, they have a right to demand equal treatment under the law. I would demand it also. They did not get the improvement without demanding it.

They don't want to be treated equally. They want special treatment. They say they want to be judged by the content of their character. However, when the content isn't up to the same level as other groups, they suddenly claim discrimination and want the color of their skin to be a factor.
