This is amazing. I got my first COVID vaccine in Boebert's district because 4 hours away in an anti-vax district was the nearest one I could find. Then I went to her restaurant with a I Got Vaccinated sticker on my shirt. I didn't expect to get shot, but the people were actually pretty nice. The Mexican restaurant is poetic justice.

Restaurants always close down for myriad reasons.

In this instance, we don't know if armed waitresses and staff was a winning concept. We do know that the landlord refused to allow such a business to thrive in civilized society.

The fact that a Mexican eatery usurped control of her domain is very satisfying.

She should try Texas.

How was the food?
 
A Mexican food restaurant is appealing to the masses. The food has caught on. A gun-themed restaurant is designed to appeal to a segment. That is not a wise business decision.
Her restaurant did not lose out to a Mexican one. It failed on its own. Gun nuts really believe that the masses agree with them. I know she learned nothing from that bankruptcy.

Incorrect. Any restaurant with a good product at a good price will be successful.

I saw nothing about a bankruptcy in the article. Are you aware of a failure of the concept?

I do agree that she was appealing to her supporters, which isn't necessarily a good business move. She barely won re election by less than 500 votes, so it's possible that business was also off at the gun range.

I'm sure she would do well in Texas, where names like 'dead immigrant salad' would be a best seller.
