Removed a bad guy. Allowed Al Qaeda to strengthen. Armed and trained a bunch of Iraqis to kill each other. Allowed theocrats and corrupt goons to take over Iraq. “Surged” to keep the war going, until it became the next president’s problem.

That was a bad cut-and-paste job by Cypress, as per the random symbols, otherwise I mostly agree. However, separation of Church and State is an American concept that I doubt the Iraqis could stand to live with in 2010, so that is my only real criticism.
