You are correct, of course, as the paychecks dry up and they can't keep the lights on, even dumbass thugs start to ask questions. The 'leadership' has lots to worry about. Now? They've got a bunch of inbred morons with guns getting very upset and scratching their heads. One might be, 'why are we so broke if we've been kicking America's ass and controlling the Strait?'
