Anyone can negotiate bad deals that fail and as I posted advice Trump deals are a Graveyard of failures.

He is laughed at as being the very rare person who can bankrupt casinos in a protected market. Do you know how he did it? By negotiating terrible deals with banks that leveraged the casinos so extremely that even with all the cash flow casinos generate they could not service their debt.
