Isil is regrouping in southern Libya with the support of al-Qaeda and preparing for further attacks, according to the Libyan defence minister, who claimed the effort was being spearheaded by Mokhtar Belmokhtar {below}, one of the world's most wanted men.

The unholy alliance of the world’s two most dangerous terrorist groups in Libya is at odds with the public animosity between al-Qaeda and Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) leadership.

Ayman Al Zawahiri, the head of al-Qaeda, recently launched a blistering public attack on Isil’s brutal methods and propaganda, branding them “liars”.

But in Libya fighters from the two groups are "actively co-operating", according to Mahdi Barghathi, the defence minister in the UN-backed government in Tripoli.

I keep saying that a robust force should have been sent to Libya immediately after the downfall of Ghaddafi.

I Aldo said the other day that this was a direct result of the ineptitude of Clinton. Rana decided to burnish her vag badge and started pouting at that suggestion.

Libyans do not want any more western "help"
It's because of Clinton's bloodthirst for regime change

Yeah well that's Arab pride, they have plenty of that.

it is,yet they (Tripoli) allowed recent bombing from the US to go after ISIS.

The GNC( government after Qaddafi) was largely influenced by AQ -maybe that's it -or maybe this was an exception

Special Detterence Forces

...did the arrests in Libya
http://www.libya-analysis.com/who-are-tripolis-most-important-militias/

Rada forces (special deterrence forces – قوة الردع الخاصة) are the main security force in Tripoli in the sense they are not perceived as a political militia subverting the state but the opposite, despite the salafist denomination of it’s leadership Abdurraouf Kara. They operate as an independent department under the MOI minister directly, and implement a focused anti-narcotics & OC mandate, do actual police work; patrols, investigations and arrests and are relatively well disciplined. They are probably the 3rd largest force in the city in terms of arms 4th in terms of size, after Haithem Tajouri’s forces (1st Company – MOI Central Security Department), Nawasi, (Rada) and Ghniwa’s Abu Saleem Military Council (now integrated into the local security directorate of the municipality. These are the main militias structured as ‘security’ forces inside the city. The reason Rada are smaller is 90% actual police officers (Lieutenant and above) 10% civilians, and around 70% of them pre-2011. Their jurisdiction is mainly limited to the east-southeast part of Tripoli where they have their branches and most of their forces; Tripoli centre, Soug Al Jouma, Ain Zara etc.

How many refugees have carried out terrorist attacks in the US?

Answer = ZERO

You need a critical mass and a number of ghettos to develop.

1 Add in a liberal amount of multi-culturalism
2 Allow whole communities to develop where the outside rarely intrude
3 Build mosques with fire brand Salifist imams who spout jihad
4 Ensure you have plenty of PC useful idiots spouting constantly about racism
