There was ONE gun on a ATF agent who was licensed to carry it. One. Any other weapons charge was likely a flag pole or bear spray BUT NO OTHER GUNS.

A felony conviction has consequences. A few of the militia leaders won't be getting any "time served" deals.

The easy, non-violent cases are being processed first. There will be trials and convictions all the way through to November 2024.

you said the shooter warned her.........you made that up....now it's "someone in the chamber"........i heard a voice say "there's a gun" on one video.........you are making the assumption that Babbit was as close to the person who said it as the guy filming that video was, and was able to hear it........that also ignores the fact that the shooter acted without warning, which was the relevant point........you also assume that Babbit saw the gun even though the shooter was at almost a 90 degree angle to her and that she was on the other side of a door.......she was shot, without warning, immediately upon sticking her head through the window......in short......she was murdered.....
