The first question that occurred to me was- is this a characteristic of coppers the world over ? But in this instance it is linked to a state program of ethnic cleansing. Israel's fascist government has produced Israel's fascist problems and its corrupt police force works for state enrichment at the expense of Palestinians, in the main, not for individual gain like multitudes of Bad Lieutenants.

Does the US government even read such reports before handing over billions upon billions of dollars to Israel's fascist government ? Is it in collusion ?
