Interesting take... yes... he is a conservative

He's simply stating that blacks continuing a trend seen already in modern America. Personal responsibility is at an all time low. I would think he's more upset about the degradation of MLK's contributions and the continued negative self-portrayal of both common and famous blacks. Is this an unusual stance?
