Insurrection Committee's probable charges for Trump identified

What should he be held accountable for? What should he go to prison for? Making the assholes on the left, the PHONY media and the Party of the Jackass look like a corrupt criminal enterprise? :palm:

For breaking the law, you simple, stupid bitch.

Hello Flash,

We can't know that any more than we can know the next lottery numbers.

He may very well be charged. He has already been charged of two crimes, and managed to be acquitted both times. He's a slick one.

Will any charges stick? Who knows. Up until now he has had the Republican Senate as a jury. That's more than a friendly jury. That's a jury he can intimidate by wielding his political power. I think the majority of the nation would like to see how he fares in a court of law.

You are right in that we can't know, but we know the chances of some things happening are very low.

He was never charged with two "crimes" because it is not a criminal proceeding. Even if the Senate convicted he could not be imprisoned for that conviction and would not be convicted of a crime.

What crime do you think he committed?

I heard Bob Woodard on C-SPAN saying he was told by people in the Justice Department criminal division that at one time they were considering charges against Trump and Bannon for some federal criminal law about conspiring to interfere with the operation of government (or something similar) but apparently chose not to pursue it.

Don't hold your breath for an answer. All I seem to be getting is a lot of flailing, deflecting and lying. ;)

Bob Woodard hears a lot from unnamed ANONYMOUS sources. :palm:
