Insurance for everyone?

yes. without the mandates coverages of Obamacare, and with Health Savings Account.
I'd prefer SP -but if it's affordable catastrophic -that's what all of us really need at minimum

Yeah .. I think you're probably right about the health savings accounts. We'll see.
:D

How will that result in insurance for those with PEC?
is that pre-conditions? You write a law mandating no exclusions -but you can charge higher rates.

There is more to this also: negotiating drug prices, and block grants of Medicade
( which means down here in Florida it will be expanded - because Medicade won't carry the mandated coverage of Obamacare)

It's not perfect; as I said SP is really the only way to go -but it's an improvement over Obamacare,
in that Obamacare was becoming a high risk pool in itself .It was becoming to costly for many

EDIT: that was block grants of "Medicade" -sorry

How is a Health Savings Account going to provide Insurance for someone without enough money to buy food or with PEC's?

then they go on expanded Medicade.. The reason Scott wouldn't expand it was it was going to become too costly
Block grants endure state flexability...less mandates coverages/cheaper ( like me having to have maternity..etc.)

You're still thinking in terms of the state running this thing.

So the guy who is in a terrible car accident and loses his job working at the mill, and thus his insurance... will now have to pay for insurance, at a higher rate, because of the pre-existing conditions from his car accident? How is that "insurance for all"?

no workmans comp? no disability insurance?... It's part of the deal though .
If you are going to still have insurance companies they exist to MAKE A PROFIT OFF ILLNESS-
then part of that is being able to adjust rates for individuals based on projected needs/costs

And you just nailed it. There is a need for insurance but it shouldn't be our primary way of dealing with things.

I understand, that is why I am asking how Trump has a plan that produces "insurance for everyone"? Single payer?
