im thinking of like house stuff. Like things the very rich from foreign countries come here to get taken care of because we have the knowhow, technology, and funding to buy the tech. I wouldnt know of specific cases but you see specialized hospitals whose functions are for this. Basically if a foreigner does that you charge them a tax maybe 10-20% and then divide it amongst all citizens in a health savings account. At that level its not like they care about the cost its mostly about availability of the treatment.

To pay for another person's health insurance? Depends on lots of factors. I have a small practice, I have three children, I live in an expensive area, I intentionally pay an assistant a lot of money so I only have to work 25-30 hours a week unless I am in trial. So, what is too much for me, is not too much for another PI attorney. What is not too much for me, is too much for other PI attorneys. See how that works?
