Innocent Guantanamo detainees freed after 14 years.

I am not saying anything about Capone retard, you are.
If they were incarcerated there should have been evidence against them shitass.

as we all should be disturbed about it. But surrendering the rights of others and handing over more power to government is a classic show of fear and cowardice by a population that needs to feel safe. it probably won't be long until we start seeing incidents like this happen to actual american citizens who pose a threat to police officers and elected officials. can you imagine? 14 years of your life, gone, with no charges? the constitution sure was good while it lasted.

the same situation applies genius. Sometimes because of what the bad guys do the crime cant be proven.
 
they were interred as enemy combatants under rules of war -basically POW's.
Whatever evidence was had is lost ( mostly) due to time. Going forward do we treat them as criminals or combatants?
I haven't heard a serious discussion either way

When was this "war" declared?
If the gov. "lost" the evidence then it is incumbent upon the gov. to release them.
