The first major gun-safety bill in decades- the largest gun-safety bill to pass Congress in nearly 30 years.

The CHIP's act for Building semiconductors in the USA- $53 billion in federal funding to manufacture semiconductor chips in the U.S. instead of relying on China to produce them.
