I don't know why people are making this about politics instead of criticizing it on moral grounds.
She was a 13-year old child. Her brain wasn't developed and she didn't have the mental capacity to make a decision of that magnitude. Looks like her parents didn't, either.

It's not a witch hunt. First of all there's always an election happening somewhere in this country for some reason, so I'm not buying the election excuse. Second, people who are already in office were called out when their creepy behaviour became known. And if not now, when is a good time to call out abusers? This is like the gun violence excuse we hear all the time: "Now is not the time to have that argument."
A 16-year old girl was attacked by Moore and threatened not to talk about what happened. "You're just a child,' and he said, 'I am the district attorney of Etowah County and if you tell anyone about this, no one will ever believe you." This is how these guys operate... they pick someone vulnerable and unable to fight back on the same level.
Another student harassed me when I was still a kid in Catholic school, and I reported him. You know what they told me? A version of "boys will be boys, just ignore him. Oh, and pray for him." So I spent 2-1/2 years trying to hide from this jerk and never turn my back on him so he couldn't sneak up behind me and put his hand up my skirt.
I have zero sympathy for Moore and those like him. He deserves to be called out, too bad it took all these years to do it.

We shall have to agree to differ then, I think the timing is extraordinarily suspect. Ask yourself this question, why would a national newspaper like WaPo takes such an interest in a state election? To me it is pretty obvious, their mission is to damage Trump anyway they can.
I also noticed that the stepson of his accuser Beverley Nelson says she is lying, make of that what you will. Whilst deploring real sexual assaults seeing the antics of media whores like Gloria Allred disgusts me, there to me is the evidence of a witch hunt.

Do you have proof that she was attacked? That's right, to you lefties, the more serious the allegation the less, if any, proof you feel you need to back up your claims.
