The reason certain people are not concerned about this is because it will result in just the global population reduction they long for.
 
When the Secular world is destroyed by a nuclear exchange, everything that can burn will burn! But here and there a few people will survive ,the fire will burnout,the smoke will blow away,and we start again from Square one!
