Well I notice today that people that have a hard time reading, get Pell Grants and Federal Loans to 'go to College', thinking that they will just 'learn' through osmosis and come out the other end as 'Business Executives' or something. It seems like a waste of time for them and the Teachers, along with the Tax Payer.

Jr. College should be included into Public Education!

And County Jr. Colleges should also include Trade School education and certifications as well as academic coursework!
